Leavings

I live lost in solitude,
Kindred spirits my only connection
To reality.
Here in a warm womb of melancholic nirvana,
There is a soft sadness born of sweet joy
That my heart is held safe by distant hands.
And I will hold their hearts forever
For within the purity of their wisdom
Lies no wish for greater love.
And I could not ask my Mother, The Earth
For greater trust.

We attract great trust by being worthy of such, and at least two people in this world would trust you with their lives and more. I'm certain that you'll find good ways of filling F and FG spaces this week.

Is that another stooopenduss creation of yours? Great words, you are a clever munky!!

Swap you a reindeer knitted cardy for something better?

Thanx 2 both of you. Yes it's one of mine, Martin. Hey, didn't I knit that cardy for you in the first place? And hurry with your quiz entry, the natives (of the USA) are getting restless. I should make a closing date up soon.

How many people have entered so far?

Am I still winning you gorgeous, handsome man you?

Lorenzo.

If I tell you your poetry is the best I have ever read, will that gain me another few marks? Because it really is.

Lorenzo.

No Lorro, it probably won't. But all your other comments will go into my obituary whenever I'll be needing it, which I hope is some fair old time away yet.

Rexy, is there still time to enter in the quiz?

Lorenzo, don't think we're all not aware of this blatant brown-nosing. It's rather undifnified for a llama isn't it?!

BTW, I've just seen a picture of a llama in one of my books that is very much like yours, if not identical.

Oh so do I, so do I and I must say that every time I read your beautiful poem I think "I am so HONOURED to have been writing to such a wonderful poet, a modern day Wordsworth, Keats, Browning, McGonnegal".

Oh Thessy, is your name short for Thespian? I bet you are as good an actor as your are poet.

Just incidentally, and nothing to do with the above, have you finished marking the quiz yet?

Lorenzo.
